Anagama dreaming on such a winter's day

If I can't realize an anagama presently, I will continue working on glaze and glaze surfaces for electric kiln firings.

Flying under the radar

Just puttering around, looking after a very flu sick Gary. Maybe I will pop over to the studio later. I could load a kiln and fire. All student work returned and classes are over until January 2012!! Can't believe the year 2011 has almost come full circle.
The studio is located in Pointe Claire's cultural center Stewart Hall.

Recycle, samosas, and vernissage

Tomorrow will be a very busy day with pick up of reclaim clay with Wayne and Maria. Quick bite for lunch, then pop over to Pushap to get samosas and picoras (spelling?) set-up for students vernissage in the evening.

Do I need my snowshoes yet?

Snow has started to fall. But still no sign of any dramatic weather. The national weather forecasters indicate a roller coaster winter with heavy snow falls, and then thaws. We shall see. Here is snow accumulation for January last year.
